One capsule contains (recommended daily intake):
240 mg extract of red rice yeast (Monascus purpureus), of which 4,8 mg is Monacolin K
80 mg Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell)

Ingredients per capsule:
75 % red rice yeast extract(standardized to 2% Monacolin K); 25 % Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell)

Contents per package:
90 capsules of 320 mg = 28.8 g

Consumption recommendation:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with plenty of water. Preferably half an hour before the meal.

Hints:
Do not consume more than 1 capsule within 24 hours. Pregnant and nursing women, children under the age of 12 and persons undergoing medical treatment should consult a doctor or therapist before consumption.
